How do I know my size?
Please refer to the size guide and garment measurements available on each product page.
Do you offer plus sizes?
Our standard size chart includes up to XL and XXL. We also offer custom sizing based on your measurements.
Is there an additional cost for sizes outside the size chart?
No. Custom sizing is offered at no additional cost.
Do you customise garments?
Yes. You may add your measurements at checkout, and the garment will be made accordingly.
Can customised items be returned?
Customised pieces are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless defective.
Order Processing
I’ve placed an order. What happens next?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Where are orders processed from?
All orders are processed from our studio in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India.
What is the delivery timeline?

Domestic (India): 5–7 business days

International: 7–10 business days
Timelines may vary slightly due to customisation or courier delays.
Shipping & Customs
Do you ship outside India?
Yes, we ship to most major countries worldwide.
Who delivers my order?
We work with registered domestic and international courier partners. Please do not accept packages that appear damaged or tampered.
What if I’m unavailable at the time of delivery?
The courier will attempt re-delivery as per their standard process.
Do I need to pay customs or import duties?
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and VAT are not included in product or shipping prices. These charges must be paid by the customer directly to the courier or customs authority.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments via:
– Visa / Mastercard (Credit & Debit)
– UPI (India only)
– Net Banking
– PayPal (International orders)
Payment is charged in full at the time of placing the order.
Cancellations
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them.

Exchanges & Returns
Do you offer refunds?
No. We do not offer refunds.
Can I return or exchange an item?
We offer exchanges only, subject to the following:

Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order

Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging

Exchange requests must be initiated within 15 days
Who bears the shipping cost?

Sale items are non-returnable, but may be exchanged for a different size of the same style (subject to availability).
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with images, and we will assist you.
