Clothing – Domestic & International

* Sale items are not eligible for return. However, they may be exchanged for a different size of the same style, subject to availability.

* All return or exchange requests must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order.

Once your request is approved, we will share the return address. After we receive and inspect the item, the replacement will be dispatched within 5–7 business days.

* Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

* Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

* Customised clothing is non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless the item is defective.
However, we offer two complimentary alterations on custom-made pieces.

Shipping, Customs & Delivery Timelines

* We ship worldwide using reliable courier partners. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your shipment.

* Estimated delivery timelines:

* Domestic (India): 5–7 business days

* International: 7–10 business days

Please note that these timelines are approximate and may vary depending on product availability, customisation, or unforeseen delays.

* Shipping charges will be calculated and added at checkout.

Customs, Duties & VAT (International Orders)

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, and VAT are determined by your local authorities and are not included in our product prices.

These charges must be paid by the customer directly to the courier partner or customs office upon delivery. Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees, as they vary from country to country.
